The Sustainability Solutions Festival encourages, rewards and celebrates inventors, entrepreneurs, designers and creative thinkers who develop solutions to sustainability challenges.

The Festival is proud to partner with GreenBiz Group and the Sustainability Consortium as a convening host for their events that will take place in venues throughout the greater Phoenix area that week.

•    Geeks’ Night Out (Feb. 21)
•   Sustainability Café (Feb. 27) in partnership with Arizona SciTech Festival
•    Sustainability Solutions Showcase (April 9) with Changemaker Central@ASU and 10,000 Solutions. The Sustainability Solutions Festival is awarding $5,000 in prizes to the top three presentations: $2,500 for 1st place, $1,500 for 2nd place, and $1,000 for People’s   Choice.
•    Intel ISEF (May 12-17)
•    Human Face of Sustainability Essay Contest (submission deadline is May 31) with Creative Nonfiction magazine. The Sustainability Solutions Festival is awarding $10,000 for the best essay or story that that illuminates and presents the human side of environmental, economic, ethical and/or social challenges related to the state of the planet and our future. Creative Nonfiction and the Sustainability Solutions Festival also have a call for artists to illustrate this special, sustainability-focused issue and will receive $3,500 for their work.
